What we are looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle
- Expert level understanding of software testing types, techniques, tools, processes, and methodologies
- Experience in testing web applications
- Experience in Performance testing using JMeter
- Hands on experience on writing SQL queries
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tool
- Good understanding of HTTP protocol, REST API, Cookies and browse sessions
- Good exposure on Web-services and API testing with any API testing tools
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in Agile environment is strongly desired
- Working knowledge with Test Management tools Like Bugzilla & JIRA
- Good to have- Linux, any programming languages and OOPS concept
Responsibilities:
- Participating in analyzing business/functional requirements and preparing Test Plans
- Preparing Test Scenarios
- Preparing Test Cases for module, integration and system testing
- Preparing Test Data for the test cases
- Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases
- Analyzing and executing the Test Cases prepared by other team members
- Defect Tracking in Defect Tracking tools such as BugZilla, JIRA and so on
- Giving required information of a defect to developers in order to fix it
- Preparing Test Summary Reports
- Take actions according to priority of issues in various situations
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management

Educational Requirement:
- UG – B.Tech/B.E. – Computer Science/ IT or equivalent
- PG – M.Tech – Computer Science/ IT, MCA – Computers or equivalent
